Treatment for Individuals
Often, we want to improve our current relationships (and build new ones), but aren’t quite sure how.
In our sessions, we will work together to:
- Learn how to set boundaries
- Address conflict with confidence
- Feel worthy of healthy relationships
- Build assertive communication
- Address past relational trauma
- Strengthen your current relationships
- Understand your attachment patterns
- Build the confidence to date
Treatment for Couples
Structure of couples therapy:
The first three sessions involve assessment of the relationship and development of the treatment plan.
In our first session, we will all meet and complete a series of questions to begin to get to know one another, and discuss desired outcomes.
For the second session, I will meet with you and your partner separately to discuss further information about your background, and health history.
Before the third session, you and your partner will each complete the Gottman Relationship Check-up. The third session will go over the results of the Relationship Check-up, and finalize your plan for treatment.
I will provide a recommendation for frequency to achieve the results you are looking for, and then we dive into our treatment.
Co-Parenting Therapy
Whether you are parenting with your romantic partner, trying to work with an ex, or navigating parenting with other supportive family members, we can work together.
Our sessions will help to:
- Learn about effective parenting techniques
- Strengthen your co-parenting partnership
- Address conflicting parenting styles
- Develop a behavior management system
- Improve overall communication
